Major Custom Cable is proud to be an authorized Schill GmbH & Co. KG cable reel distributer. Schill Reels utilizes state-of-the art manufacturing and quality control process (DIN EN ISO 9001:2008) at their plant in Laichingen/Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany. The design team is constantly striving to improve every aspect of the product, often relying on direct customer input to deliver the highest quality. The central item is customization, and that’s why they are Major Custom Cable’s partner of choice.
We normally stock open reels and then accessorize the unit based on the customer’s needs. We always keep a large inventory of the most popular reels in stock in our Midwest warehouse for fast delivery, servicing all of the U.S. and Canada. The centrally located warehousing means that we can ship to either coast quickly. If a particular reel is not in stock, we can have it shipped from the plant in Germany in as little as five working days.

- Accessories: Customized patch panel plate with feed thru adapters, entry door for drum storage of the inside end fan-out, or externally mounted ears allowing the inside of the cable assembly to be accessible from the outside of the reel without a door

Yes, Major Custom Cable is an approved Neutrik Certified OpticalCON Assembler (COCA).
Do you have a dropship penalty?
No, we will ship your order to the address of your choosing, including third-party locations, with no penalty.
Do you require a minimum order?
Major Custom Cable has no MOQ on standard products. However, some custom items may require material MOQs. Contact us for more information.
Do you test the cables before they are shipped?
Yes, Major Custom Cable tests 100% of the cables we manufacture and ship.
From where does your product ship?
Most Major Custom Cable products ship from our headquarters in Missouri. We also have various stocking locations throughout the U.S. that we utilize to better service our customers.
Is Major Custom Cable ISO Certified?
Yes, we have been ISO Certified since 2004.

What is your warranty?
A limited lifetime workmanship warranty is provided on all products manufactured by MCC, Inc. The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at MCC’s discretion, any product proven to be defective upon inspection. MCC is not responsible for components or workmanship provided by outside suppliers. Abuse, alteration, or misuse invalidates all warranties.
